Moyes Out
Posted the same last year. Nothing has changed, except win don't win matches anymore.
I'm fed up, we can do much better

of course we played better in the leverkusen home game, he always takes the handbrake off when the job is on the line. we couldn't have played much worse over there, I don't think I've ever seen a team in a quarter final pack their own box with ten men for most of the game. he's invented levels of negative shit never seen before in the history of the sport

Chedy,

Not sure how you know everything that went down behind the scenes in January. To on the Jan mess soupy on Moyes is clutching at straws mate. You want that to be true but you don’t know it.

Philips turned out bad but I can see why he would bring him in on loan for cover for Alvarez who seems to love a yellow card.

Perhaps the players they want weren’t affordable or available. Perhaps they are waiting for the new FFP rules to be disclosed before they attack the market.

As for the youth team perhaps throwing them in to the team right now would be bad for the team and kids, perhaps they’re not ready.

I’m sure Moyes would prefer a smaller squad, doesn’t mean he wants it this small does it? I have never said he hasn’t made mistakes and I was pissed at the lay down performance against Liverpool in the Carabao cup and the performances against Bristol City but stepping back we have come a long way in a short period of time since he arrived and I don’t think we have reached our full potential yet and believe we can with Moysie in charge.

‘Winners’ like Moyes can only focus on goals that count and I agree with him….,it’s the kind of thing that makes him a ‘winner’….

Re: Moyes Out
anyone that wants another two years of his mind numbing shit football clearly doesn't watch any of the games. they just look at the result and table on the internet

You’re forgetting how close we came to being 2 even 3-0 up at half time.

Bit of blink spot mate .

Squad depth is down to ‘moysie’ himself.

1 He said himself he wants a small Squad.

2 He only gives squad players (most of whom were signed during his leadership) limited playing time , so they leave.

3 he has turned down replacement's.

4 he doesn’t use the youth team .

And yes I imagine squad depth will be fixed in the summer , but only because he will be gone

Come on now we all do it, Sir Alf could have been talking about one of many on here. Don’t act like you’re not guilty of the same thing now.

You’re one of the worst ffs!

Re: Moyes Out
That 1-0 victory would have still seen us knocked out I don’t think ‘winners’ like Moyes would have been happy with that….

Re: Moyes Out
Burnley have drawn with Chelsea and Man Utd and Fulham and Brighton and Wolves.

As for Palace we just came off the performance of the season against the team of the year and almost pulled off a sensational victory against all odds. So cut Moysies boys some slack eh, not easy to bounce back on only 2 days rest.

Oh and we have still beaten Arsenal 2 out of 3 times this season.

As for wanting better we all want better the difference is you all want to get rid of the most succesful manager we have had in 40 years and I don’t. I think he has earned and deserves at least 1 maybe 2 more years. It’s obvious where the problem lies and that’s depth of squad and can be fixed this summer.

Yes Sir Alf did a good job on you there, didn’t even have to use your regular bad attempts at race baiting threads either….

Re: Moyes Out
Yeah you’re forgetting something Eerie, we were playing Liverpool!

Sheff Utd have drawn with Chelsea and Spurs too. And it must be said the referee gave them that point.

Now remember what Sir Alf said, coming on here trying to bully a poster by calling them names is a clear sign of low self esteem. Whatever it is you are dealing with I hope you beat it and find happiness.

"Quarter finals of the Europa league and 8th in the Prem is shit?"

no it isn't at all. You cannot deny our on paper comparative success to our recent history, but you have to weigh it against some of the god awful football and results we have had to endure along the way and the relegation struggle of last season that is always a possibility if we keep losing our best players to more ambitious clubs.

The big question for the club is, should we settle for this or try for better? I do think we've hit a ceiling with Moyes who i think is probably a safe pair of hands but who is stubborn in his team selection and tactics, relies a lot on a small squad and only lets the handbrake off when he has no choice, or do we want someone else coming in to try and improve the football as an entertaining spectacle (which i think is seriously lacking) with the real risk of it not working out for the better results wise.

Re: Moyes Out
Arguing about another teams form, which has evidently been decent, then trying to big up our form by calling to home draws impressive, which were absolutely MUST win games. You truly are a fucking clown, Nutsy son.

4 wins in 2024, all against shit teams, whilst losing against Bristol City, getting mauled at home 0-6 by a London rival, failing to beat Sheffield Utd & Burnley, getting slapped by Forest, another mauling against Crystal Fucking Palace.

Yeah, let's stick with the useless cunt. Get the bunting out.

9th after Chelsea play their two games in hand.

1 point ahead of Bournemouth and 2 ahead of wolves.
Them finishing above us is shit.

We’ve been mostly shit for two whole seasons.

Re: Moyes Out
Yes it is shit for the ‘winner’ Moyes he won’t be happy with that and will happily remind everyone of that cup win last year as to what standards he expects from his team….he won’t give a fuck about the squad though….

Goose I understand your entitlement though, since Moysies Boys have been bringing us all long overdue success to celebrate it’s easy to lose sight of reality.

All the teams above us have splashed the cash too. You need a little perspective Goose mate. You sound entitled.

Re: Moyes Out
Yet they’re still below us in the table. Quite an achievement I’d say for lil old West Ham to be above the mighty Billion pound squad of Chelsea who are in good form.

I can see why you’d want Moysie out!

Makes all the sense in the world!
